Senior Instructor

Lisa Mallery is a comprehensive Pilates instructor whose passion for Pilates began more than 25 years ago.  

On her journey to becoming a Pilates instructor, she completed a competitive and comprehensive 500-hour Pilates Teaching Certification through Club Pilates. Now Lisa specializes in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and individualized training sessions that help her students evolve their self-care and fitness goals. Lisa approaches every class with the goal of building strength, endurance, and mobility in both the mind and body. Sessions with Lisa are calm, focused, and challenging. The perfect Pilates combo! 

Outside of the studio, Lisa enjoys mountain views, live music, French fries, and playing games with her grandson. Lisa also loves to travel and immerse herself in new cultures!
