SPARK was founded by Ari Sanchez, a seasoned National Pilates Instructor certified under the Pilates Method Alliance and Balanced Body, as well as a Restorative Exercise Specialist and Alignment & Movement Educator. With over a decade of experience, Ari has made it her mission to create a welcoming and inclusive space where clients can experience the profound benefits of Pilates. She believes that Pilates has the power to build sustainable movement patterns, helping clients move optimally and functionally throughout their lives.
